Return and Refund Policy

Fire Farm Cannabis
Premium Cannabis Products — Ignite Your Standards

1. All Sales Are Final (Cannabis Products)

Due to federal and provincial cannabis regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any cannabis productsonce they have left our possession.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Flower
  • Pre-rolls
  • Vapes & cartridges
  • Concentrates
  • Edibles
  • Infused products
  • Accessories bundled with cannabis

This policy exists for health, safety, and regulatory reasons.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is defective, damaged, or malfunctioning, customers may qualify for a replacement or store credit at our discretion, provided the issue is verified.

Examples of eligible issues:

  • Vape pen/cart not pulling or not heating
  • Device not turning on
  • Packaging damages that affected the product
  • Missing items in a sealed purchase

What we require for defective claims:

  1. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
  2. Photos/videos showing the defect
  3. The original packaging (when possible)

All claims must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

3. Incorrect Orders (Our Error)

If we accidentally send the wrong item, we will:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Issue store credit for the full amount

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their order.

4. Non-Cannabis Product Returns (Accessories Only)

Certain non-cannabis items may be eligible for return or exchange if unused and unopened, including:

  • Grinders
  • Rolling papers
  • Lighters
  • Apparel
  • Merchandise

Conditions:

  • Must be returned within 14 days
  • Must be in original, unopened packaging
  • Must include proof of purchase

Used accessories cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued as:

  • Store credit, or
  • Replacement product

We do not issue cash refunds for cannabis purchases.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are packed or processed.
Once an order has been filled or delivered, it becomes final.

7. How to Submit a Claim

To start a return or defective-product request, contact:

Include:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos/video if applicable

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

8. Right to Refuse

Fire Farm Cannabis reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund that does not meet the conditions of this policy or shows signs of misuse, tampering, or intentional damage.
